《Three-in-One Trading System|BTC Market Analysis (1/3): Volume》
---- Bullish volume is pretty weak. Can it still rebound to around 84K?
Current price is near 81,150. After the CPI exceeded expectations, it dropped from 83,900 to 80,200 and has barely bounced back.
Bearish forces were unleashed, and the bulls barely put up a fight.
Post-CPI release, the 4-hour bearish volume surged, leading to a sell-off. Bullish volume was very weak, with no significant resistance. Over the past 24 hours, the majority of liquidations were on the bullish side, a classic "stampede liquidation."
Looking at the 4-hour bullish volume curve (blue) over the past two months, it shows a declining trend, while bearish volume (yellow) has been gradually increasing.
But there’s one signal worth noting: after bears pushed the price down to 80,200, they didn’t continue the attack, and the price rebounded to around 81K. This suggests that the bears might be running out of steam.
Volume Analysis: Downward momentum is weakening in the short term. 80,200 is a short-term low, and 81K is the rebound pivot. If bearish volume continues to shrink, a technical rebound is possible.
Given that bearish volume isn’t very strong, the rebound high could reach around 83K. If volume surges again, the 80K psychological level might be tested.
