Ant Group's Bailing said on Oct 15 it has open-sourced Ling-3.1-flash, enabling teams to evaluate the model's capabilities and inference efficiency on their own tasks and compute. Ling-3.1-flash has about 560B parameters, per-token activations of roughly 25B, and supports up to a 1M-token context.(金十)
