[Fox Poll: Two-Thirds of Voters Dissatisfied with Current U.S. Direction] According to a report by Jinse Finance on October 15, the latest Fox News poll shows that as U.S. election day approaches, voters hold negative views on the economic situation and the president's performance, which often puts the ruling party at a disadvantage. Sixty percent of voters stated that the cost of living is their most concerning economic issue, far surpassing other topics such as government spending (15%), employment and income inequality (7% each), tariffs (6%), and taxes (5%). The vast majority of voters have a negative perception of the economy (74%) and expect the economic situation to worsen next year (53%). Meanwhile, two-thirds of voters are dissatisfied with the current direction of the country (66%). Only 18% of voters said their family situation has improved compared to two years ago. In contrast, a majority of independent voters believe their situation has worsened (52%) and expect the economic outlook to deteriorate further (70%). Trump's approval rating on inflation is at its lowest, only 22%, setting a new record low. Additionally, 60% of voters oppose U.S. military action against Iran, and another 60% hold negative views on artificial intelligence technology.
