[HEX Founder Richard Heart Arrested in Istanbul] According to a report by (Bitcoin.com) News citing Turkish media outlet Sözcü, Richard Heart, the founder of HEX and the L1 blockchain PulseChain, was detained at a residence in Istanbul during a joint operation by Turkey's National Intelligence Organization (MİT) and the police. The operation seized approximately $4 million in cash, 53 Rolex watches, 11 Patek Philippe luxury watches, firearms, ammunition, and a large amount of electronic equipment. His wife, A.K., was also detained. Previously, the U.S. SEC accused him of raising over $1 billion through unregistered securities offerings related to his projects and allegedly misappropriating at least $12 million to purchase luxury goods. The related lawsuit was dismissed in 2025 due to jurisdictional issues.
