Not criticizing Bank of America, just drawing a comparison ⬇️ Bank of America: Failed to report over $5 billion in suspicious transactions, fined $1.2 billion, no one prosecuted. Binance: Pleaded guilty, fined $4.3 billion; CZ himself fined $50 million and served 4 months in jail. Water under the bridge. Onwards! (At least CZ gained some muscle out of it)
