BTC bulk net purchase of nearly $30 million! 83600 dollars is being sold by someone, who can't handle long or short first?

BTC is currently reported at $83290. The sample of large-scale spot transactions on Binance shows that in the past 26.5 hours, active buying of $118 million and active selling of $88 million resulted in a net buying of approximately $29.77 million.
The strongest buying trend appeared around $83600: on the evening of October 13th, there were three consecutive active buy orders for 100 BTC, totaling approximately $25.1 million. But after buying, the price fell back to around $83300.
The money has already been invested, but the price has not held the buying zone.
ETH has also experienced intensive active buying of approximately $25.6 million, with transactions concentrated between $2555-2570. Now, the price has fallen back to $2505, and related buyers may face floating losses.
SOL's large transaction samples are almost evenly traded, lacking a clear advantage in active buying.
Next, there is a hurdle for both long and short positions:
*Long looking at $83600: If BTC regains its position in the large buying trading area, the rebound is expected to continue challenging the selling pressure of $83800-84000.
*Short positions look at $83800-84000: If the price surge is blocked, short-term downward pressure may increase; If there is a breakthrough in volume, bears need to guard against further upward risks.
*Looking at $83000 below: If it falls below and buying weakens, be wary of the rebound losing support again.
The $25.1 million purchase has been completed, but $83600 has not been recovered yet. The next step, who is more passive, depends on whether the buying market can withstand the selling pressure above.
