[Rosenberg Says U.S. Stock Market Increasingly Resembles a Bubble, Extreme Indicators Unseen in 40 Years of Experience] According to a report by Jinse Finance, on October 14, David Rosenberg stated that the U.S. stock market increasingly resembles a bubble, with valuations, leverage, and investor positioning all at extreme levels not seen in his 40 years of experience. Rosenberg is the founder of Toronto-based Rosenberg Research & Associates. He believes that the current bull market's reliance on advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) far exceeds the stock market's dependence on the tech sector on the eve of the dot-com bubble. He mentioned that he has been adding U.S. Treasury bonds and foreign stocks to his investment portfolio, describing the U.S. as the "tech boom epicenter" where investors are paying excessively high prices. In addition to warning about the market's further reliance on AI for growth, Rosenberg also highlighted vulnerabilities in the U.S. economic fundamentals. He specifically pointed out that consumers are increasingly dependent on further stock market gains to fund their lifestyles.
