His startup, Primavera, is planning to enter the Venezuelan oil industry and take over the operation of several local oil fields, aiming to achieve a daily production of 100,000 barrels of crude oil in the short term. Recently, Primavera has signed multiple contracts with Venezuela's state-owned oil company, Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A., and has hired oil industry executives from Chevron and Occidental Petroleum to oversee infrastructure development and enhance the production capacity of both conventional and heavy oil.
