Any reseller that fails the review will have their orders canceled and refunded in full. The returns, refunds, and stock we're left holding have cost us a lot, probably our whole year's revenue. The team has barely had a break these past few days. But these devices protect people's assets. If there's anything in the distribution chain we can't account for, we can't just let it slide. If you're buying from a reseller, check our official reseller list. We'll update it as more resellers pass the review.
