[Zhiyuan Launches New Financing at a Valuation of 50 Billion Yuan, IPO Temporarily Postponed]
According to Caijing Magazine, embodied intelligence unicorn company Zhiyuan Innovation has recently initiated a new round of financing, with the funding amount estimated at 1 billion to 1.5 billion yuan. This round of financing is nearing completion, with the latest valuation at approximately 50 billion yuan. In July 2026, Zhiyuan announced the preparation for its Hong Kong stock listing, during which some investors stated that Zhiyuan was expected to go public as early as August, targeting a valuation of 40 billion to 50 billion Hong Kong dollars.
According to the relevant requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, if a company applying for listing completes new financing after submitting its application and before going public, it must wait 120 days after the financing is completed to proceed with trading, unless granted a special exemption. The aforementioned investor noted that the new round of financing means Zhiyuan will be unable to complete its IPO (initial public offering) within this year. Regarding the new financing, valuation, and IPO progress, Zhiyuan representatives have not provided any response. (Caijing Magazine)
