Derive Community Proposes 'Expansion into U.S. Regulated Market' Initiative

Foresight News reports that the on-chain options protocol Derive community has released a proposal titled 'Expansion into U.S. Regulated Market.' The proposal includes authorizing the Derive Foundation and its subsidiaries to explore and advance the legal and regulatory pathways for introducing Derive's derivatives infrastructure into the U.S. market. It also allocates limited resources for engaging with relevant regulatory agencies, exploring registration and approval processes, establishing or adjusting entities if necessary, hiring professional advisors, developing compliance and clearing systems, liaising with clearinghouses and custodians, and formulating intellectual property and inter-company arrangements.
