[Yuga Labs Executive Urges Blur Users to Immediately Revoke NFT Authorization]
Yuga Labs' Vice President of Blockchain, Quit (@0xQuit), posted on the X platform stating that while Blur has announced it will discontinue its front-end, their investigation has not found any vulnerabilities in Blur's existing contracts. However, Blur's contracts are upgradeable and could potentially be modified into malicious contracts at any time. Currently, NFTs worth tens of millions of dollars are still authorized to Blur's contracts, and their security ultimately depends on the operational security of the Blur team, which appears to be disbanding. He recommends that users who have not revoked their authorization to Blur immediately use tools like revoke.cash to revoke authorization.
Earlier this morning, it was reported that the NFT marketplace Blur will discontinue its front-end on November 12, and Blend will cease facilitating new loans.
