Entered a small long position on $ETH, currently seeing some slight profits. Noticed a lot of new friends have joined the group recently, and the most common questions are about how to set stop-losses and the logic behind opening positions. These are the most frequent questions, and I usually share them with everyone—how to set stop-losses and avoid common pitfalls. Earlier, I mentioned buying the dip before $2422, thinking it might test $2400 further. Later, I set a stop-loss at $2499, and after stabilizing, entered around $2515. Trading isn’t gambling; every step needs a plan. Stop-losses aren’t random numbers you pull out of thin air—they need to be based on patterns. If a strong bullish candle gets engulfed, it indicates the bullish structure is temporarily broken. At that point, you need to admit your mistake and exit decisively. Don’t be afraid to stop out.
Earn within the limits of your understanding. If you don’t understand the market, it’s better to miss out than to make a mistake. I’ve shared a lot of chart patterns and structures before, but the journey is yours to walk. What I can offer is guidance to help you avoid detours. Truly learning from mistakes, reviewing trades, and building muscle memory—that’s something only you can do. New friends, take some time to go through the group’s history; there’s already a ton of valuable content shared openly.
Trading is a journey of self-cultivation. I hope everyone can achieve their own results in this cycle. #CryptoTrading #ETH #TradingTips
