Justin Sun has basically turned himself into an AI accessory. Is this a kind of tragedy? Wake up, work. Before eating, take a photo and send it to Claude. After eating, take another photo so it can calculate calories, protein, and sequence. Sleep with an Oura Ring. The next day, upload the data to Claude Code. How much was burned, how much was consumed—subtract them. Only if it’s within 600 calories is it considered acceptable. Training? The coach records videos on the side. The videos are sent to AI, and the AI logs: 12 reps per set, 3 sets, how many kilograms. Progressive overload, AI writes the journal. He even created a project for Claude Code to generate a daily report every day. His own daily report isn’t written by him—it’s written by AI. In theory, it took a week. Buy protein powder, read tutorials, get the Oura Ring. Now, everything is AI-automated. Photos are stored locally, documents are written in markdown, even the README.md is ready. Why? Because “the next AI that comes along can just pick up where it left off.” He’s not thinking about “how do I train.” He’s thinking about “how do I make it easier for AI to take over from me.” AI is a tool, but he’s treating the tool as his brain. He no longer asks himself: How did I do today? He asks Claude: How did I do today? This kind of life and work is precise, but is it really fulfilling or meaningful? When someone hands over their “judgment” to AI, they’re no longer the master of AI. They’ve become a terminal for AI. Justin Sun is becoming a peripheral of his own AI system. This makes me see a glimpse of humanity’s future: Human intelligence and physical abilities gradually deteriorate, and AI rules over humanity! The more you think about it, the scarier it gets! #AI #JustinSun #FutureTech #DeepThoughts
