Before the midterm elections, Trump is all about the good news—pushing U.S. stocks and Bitcoin ($BTC) to keep climbing? Trump lifted the ban on Russian diesel imports. U.S. diesel is at $6.28 per gallon, an all-time high. He’s easing sanctions to let Russian diesel in and bring oil prices down. There’s also a possibility of reaching a deal with Iran. Reopening the Strait of Hormuz could drive oil prices down even further. What else could happen? Tariff exemptions, AI subsidies, maybe even another round of “stimulus checks for everyone,” or policies that benefit U.S. stocks and crypto. To win the midterms, Trump will pull out all the stops. So, before the midterm elections, Bitcoin and U.S. stocks are very likely to keep rising. But after the elections? Sorry, the good news turns into bad news. Historically, during the last four U.S. midterm elections, Bitcoin has crashed all four times: 2010: -72% 2014: -65% 2018: -52% 2022: -27% Before the elections, the market bets. After the elections, the market runs. Data doesn’t lie. Patterns don’t lie. This time, are you ready?
