Iranian financial figure Babak Zanjani used Binance to transfer $850 million in funds to establish a channel for Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to evade Western sanctions. The relevant network involves 21 accounts, of which 67 million US dollars flowed into wallets related to the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Tajikistan businessman Sukhrob Oimakhmadov received over 10 million US dollars in funds, with a transaction volume of nearly 830 million US dollars in the Zedcex account, of which 56 million US dollars were withdrawn to relevant wallets.
