Evernorth and XRPN merge to go public on Thursday, holding $714 million in XRP

The company formed by the merger of Evernorth and XRPN will go public on NASDAQ on Thursday, holding 473 million XRPs worth approximately $714 million, with XRPN rising to $53 before the merger was completed.
