[Analyst: NVIDIA's New Stock High May Drive Breakthrough Trends in AI-Related ETFs]
Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on October 4, crypto analyst Ali posted on the X platform stating that NVIDIA (NVDA) reached a historic high of $237.88 on October 2, marking a cumulative increase of nearly 14% since September 14. The stock is currently testing the upper resistance level of its channel and is expected to rise further to a target price of $260.
As the AI sector regains market attention, it may drive breakthrough trends in AI-related ETFs. Among them, the Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X ETF (SOXL), which aims to achieve three times the daily performance of the semiconductor index, has recently shown signs of a breakout. If the support level near $150 holds, the next upward target could focus on $210.
Another ETF, the Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM), primarily invests in global memory chip companies and is currently forming an ascending triangle consolidation pattern. It is in a consolidation phase, and if the price effectively breaks above $64, it could further open up room for an upward move, with a target of $80. Ali believes that the subsequent performance of these two ETFs could further confirm the continuation of the AI market trend.
