TMF I’ve been scrolling for two weeks, stop repeating the same thing about 2000 Passes and one Pass trading for two chairs.
Those lines have been overused across all of Twitter.
The real twist in this project is: you’re not buying an image, you’re buying a shareholder seat that comes with a job. Chairs go into the fund, and every Friday there’s a vote—what to allocate, how much to distribute, how much to burn on fees—it’s all decided by the people sitting in those chairs. Every 13 weeks, there’s even a vote on whether the fund stays open or shuts down. It can open, it can close—terms like this are rare in other projects.
All mint proceeds go into the fund, and the team takes nothing. Passes are soulbound, so you can’t flip them. Two chairs can even be merged, burning one to upgrade to a Corner Office. Dividends aren’t just handed out after a pump—on Fridays, only the portion above the previous high gets distributed, and it’s deposited into your portfolio in the form of tokens, which are tied to your chair.
A lot of people are still asking about the floor price. But I think the better question is: what can you contribute to this building? Someone built an office leaderboard and got a desk for posting. Someone else worked in the Mailroom to earn stamps. The official team opens one room a day, but the community already opened the front desk on their own.
If you want a freebie, just follow the proper steps on the official site: link your wallet, bind your X, and when the Waiting Room opens, submit something you’ve genuinely put effort into. Deng holders have a separate window, but new purchases have lower weight—don’t catch a falling knife just for a freebie.
I’m not looking for an image I can flip. I’m looking for a chair I can sit in and stay.
