Metaplex launches licensed RWA token standard MPL-3643

Metaplex, the Solana ecosystem tokenization platform, has launched MPL-3643, which supports the direct issuance of real-world assets and tokenized securities on Solana without the need for encapsulated asset models. MPL-3643 embeds transfer restrictions, lock up periods, and compliance lifecycle management functions into assets, and is built on Token-2022, sRFC 37, and Solana Attestation Service. Currently, it has entered the Alpha stage of limited access.
