The chairs aren’t your typical PFPs; they’re fund seats. There are 4,001 seats in total, with Seat #0 not for sale. Each seat is randomly assigned to 5 funds, and voting happens every Friday. 100% of the Mint proceeds go into the fund. There are 2,000 Passes in total, soulbound. Each Pass lets you Mint 2 Seats. On September 26, the Deng Desk opened its planning page. Half of the 1,000 Passes are reserved for @DENGSonApe holders, distributed FCFS and weighted by holding duration. The longer you hold, the fewer Deng you’ll need for the same Pass. Deng listed for sale during the snapshot won’t count. At the time, the website showed 0/1,000, and while you could calculate your score, claiming wasn’t available yet. The official Twitter said the Claim date would be announced the evening after the snapshot, but there’s still no specific time. The founder added a few key points: - Once you get a Pass, Minting is guaranteed. - Deng is escrowed, and if you hold the Seat for 3 months, it’s fully refunded. If you sell early, it’s burned. - Each Pass will have on-chain metadata showing how it was obtained and who it was issued to. - Your main wallet must be a Robinhood-compatible wallet. The other 1,000 Passes will be distributed via public application, but the Waiting Room hasn’t opened yet. Two registered seats can be merged, burning one to upgrade the other. The Art Department has previews available now. Everything is on-chain, and the Mint reveal happens instantly. For now, all you can do is connect your wallet to check your credits.
