The wallet address starting with 0xED9 is suspected to be the hot wallet prepared by Bitget for handling ETH withdrawals. Before withdrawals were reopened, the balance was 30,000 ETH. Over the next half hour, continuous outflows brought the balance down to around 25,000 ETH. Subsequently, ETH started flowing back in, and the balance has now exceeded 30,000 ETH.
