Evernorth plans to land on NASDAQ on September 30th, and shareholders will vote on it

Evernorth plans to list on NASDAQ under the code XRPN, and Armada Acquisition Corp. II shareholders will vote on the business merger on September 30th. Evernorth plans to deploy XRP for revenue strategy, infrastructure engagement, and capital market activities, currently holding approximately 473 million XRP.
