THE BLOCK: Circle co-founder Sean Neville has stepped down from the stablecoin issuer's board, while CFO Jeremy Fox-Geen plans to leave by the end of December. Circle said it has begun searching for a new CFO, while Neville will focus on Catena, a banking and governance platform for AI agents.
