Important BTC update. BTC just dumped from $87,400 to $85,300 after liquidating $3.9B in the past week alone! But here's the important part: Bitcoin now has $5.2B liquidity below at $80,000 - $85,000 vs $2B above at $87,000 - $90,000. This means the HTF liquidity imbalance remains heavily towards the downside, so a deeper reset is still the bigger risk if support fails. On the LTF, the clearest liquidity zones sit around $84,700 - $85,200 below and $87,200 - $88,000 above, making these the most likely levels to sweep today. Whales have now stacked huge buy orders from $82,000 - $85,000, while large sell walls remain above at $87,000 - $91,000. This means we could see some chop here with heavy orders on either side. Meanwhile, spot demand has begun weakening from the latest breakout while leverage traders interest has also cooled a bit. This means the market is resetting rather than aggressively pushing even higher for now. In my last update, I said $87,500 was the breakout level for $89,000 - $90,000, while losing $84,300 would favour a deeper reset. Bitcoin never confirmed above $87,500 and has now pulled back, but importantly the $84,300 support is still holding. So to make things simple for you: - $85.2k and $87.2k are the two LTF magnets - $5.2B below keeps the HTF liquidity imbalance a risk - Hold $84.7k and I still favour another $87k+ attempt - Break $88k and $89k - $90k opens up; lose $84.7k and I’d expect $82k - $83k next I’ll post any changes to my positioning and the key levels I’m watching in the free Telegram (link in bio).
