September 19: Internal notice to jump into altcoins;
September 20: In the video tweet, it was clearly stated again that we got into altcoins on September 19;
September 21: Shared the logic behind buying altcoins publicly with everyone.
A few days later, looking back at the performance of the three picks filtered out from a bunch of altcoins: HBAR, DOGE, XRP (Pics 2-4).
I’ve always believed that before the market takes off, it’s far more meaningful to think through the direction, targets, and trading plan in advance, then execute at the right time, and finally let the market validate it—rather than jumping out to explain why it’s rising after the fact.
This time, luck was on our side, and the three altcoins we picked performed well. But more than the short-term gains, what I care about is whether this strategy can continue to prove effective:
First, identify the trend. Then, filter for strong targets. Finally, execute at the right spot.
Of course, one trade doesn’t prove much. But what if 8 out of 10 times it works like this?
