Breed VC Raises $15 Million for Second Crypto Fund

According to a report by Jinse Finance, on September 23, Breed VC raised $15 million for its second crypto fund. Investors include FalconX, Hutt Capital, Arrington Capital, as well as Nic Carter from Castle Island Ventures, Rob Hadick from Dragonfly, and Jake Brukhman from CoinFund. The fund primarily invests in Day Zero, Pre-Seed, and Seed-stage crypto startups, with individual investments ranging from $250,000 to $750,000. It focuses on open financial infrastructure and decentralized AI, with plans to deploy the capital over the next 3 to 4 years. Breed VC launched its first fund in 2023, which has already been fully invested. Its portfolio includes companies such as Monad, Ethena, Agora, MyPrize, and Nous Research.
