Can't believe there's so much RMB in Russia's sovereign fund, but even under sanctions from Europe and the US, there's still no large-scale adoption of crypto. Crypto as sov is basically debunked. Only desperate trash countries like North Korea rely on state-run malicious cyber activities to survive.
