I fought the @SECGov on behalf of 75K #XRPHolders and warned the industry that the government’s overreach was not limited to #XRP & @Ripple. I was also amicus counsel in @LBRYcom and later in the @coinbase case. I did all that legal work pro bono. In the Ripple case the judge cited my brief and the 4K affidavits I submitted declaring “XRP itself NOT a security.” Then the SEC acted arbitrary and capricious and denied the #BTC ETF and many then saw that I was right. Then the SEC sued Coinbase, Kraken and the rest. If you think I’ve done anything worthwhile, its a great time to donate. Only 29% of voters believe Ed Markey should be reelected. Although Republicans are outnumbered 3-1 in MA, in public polling - I lead Markey among independents (called unenrolled voters in MA). And 67% of voters are independents. We win if we raise the money to reach them.
