From the perspective of field-based thinking: When Bitcoin created the genesis block, all possible development paths for BTC were already determined. There’s no possibility beyond these predetermined possibilities.
From the perspective of collective quantum thinking: That is, whether you derive particles from field thinking or derive fields from particles, Bitcoin’s possible paths form a deterministic probability field (similar to a wave function). However, the heaviest chain generated by Bitcoin is the only one among these infinite potential possibilities (similar to the discrete quantum behind Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle).
From particle-based thinking: Bitcoin itself is the heaviest chain, a discrete quantum behind Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle.
When we talk about security, it must be absolute security to truly be considered secure. Even the slightest uncertainty or vulnerability means it’s not secure. Therefore, Bitcoin’s security is complete.
Complete security means: At the very beginning of system design, all possible paths the system might generate in the future are fully determined. Similar to how Bitcoin was designed by Satoshi Nakamoto—every possible iteration path was already set. Precisely because all possible iteration paths are predetermined, the current heaviest chain cannot be 100% certain. If the heaviest chain were 100% certain, it would mean that the infinite potential paths during the iteration process of the heaviest chain do not exist. From start to finish, there would only be one static, determined structure: a fixed heaviest chain, which contradicts the predetermined infinite potential iteration paths set during the initial design.
This kind of deterministic thinking is typical Newtonian particle mechanics thinking, which can only approximate the description of idealized objects. However, systems that are artificially fixed in this way are filled with uncertain paths, meaning there are infinite potential vulnerabilities to Sybil attacks. Such systems cannot be secure.
For Satoshi Nakamoto, the designer of Bitcoin, what he envisioned was the entirety of this diagram.
