Fidan mentioned that the signatory countries of the agreement are closely monitoring the attacks on Saudi Arabia, and Saudi Arabia's military needs may focus on certain technical issues, which Turkey will be able to address. Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan signed the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement on August 7. According to a joint statement issued by the three parties on the same day, the agreement aims to strengthen collective deterrence against any acts of aggression.
