I developed my own grid trading bot for farming and harvesting early on, but during extreme market conditions, Binance's API isn't as effective as my own bot. That's why I also use Binance's bot. But Binance's product refuses to acknowledge, compensate, or fix the issue. My current demand is: For everyone who faced liquidation due to similar issues with Binance's bot, Binance should compensate them. This isn't the customers' fault. This is a product design failure on your part.
