The Bank of England plans to unwind £368 billion of gilts by September 2034, removing an average £46 billion a year from its monetary-policy portfolio.
For Bitcoin, the risk is slower and indirect: if that withdrawal keeps long-term yields higher, tighter financial conditions can weigh on risk appetite even without another rate hike.
