Crypto-assets, including stablecoins, are inherently global. Regulation isn't.
Preserving global liquidity and circulation while delivering local protections to holders and users in each jurisdiction will be one of the toughest regulatory nuts to crack in the years ahead.
That was the backdrop for our panel, "EU, UK, US and UAE: Multiple Regulatory Paths and One Global Digital Asset Market," at the @EBlockchainCon this week.
One thing is clear: getting there will take a ton of work and real collaboration between regulators, policymakers and industry.
A pleasure to share the stage with Stéphane Blemus, PhD, Richard B. Levin, Colin Payne and David Bequette, LL.M.
Huge congrats to @Victoria_AGago, Ha Anh Luu and the whole team on another great EBC edition!
