🚨BREAKING: Saudi Aramco will allocate ZERO crude to European buyers next month, per Bloomberg.
A drone attack shut Saudi Arabia’s key East-West pipeline last week.
• A partial restart is expected within days. Full operations could take six weeks.
• Europe’s regular monthly Saudi crude deliveries will be interrupted.
• Poland’s Orlen has issued more than 10 tenders since Friday to find replacement supplies.
• European OECD countries imported 577,000 barrels of Saudi crude per day in June, according to the IEA.
Aramco has not publicly confirmed the decision.
Less supply means buyers must compete for replacement barrels, and could push oil price HIGHER.
