However, insiders indicate that the two companies are now also pursuing agreements for deployments with much smaller capacities, in the range of 20 to 30 megawatts. Anthropic has engaged in discussions regarding agreements within this capacity range in the UK and Nordic regions, while OpenAI has previously explored opportunities for such small-scale deployments in the Nordic region. One source mentioned that they are also aware of Anthropic and OpenAI holding talks about capacity deployments of this scale in the United States.
