Evernorth completes $30 million convertible bond financing and plans to list on NASDAQ

Evernorth, an XRP treasury management company, has completed a $30 million convertible bond financing with participation from NH Investment&Securities. The funds will be used to purchase XRP spot before the company merges with SPAC and goes public on NASDAQ under the code "XRPN".
