THE BLOCK: The US Department of the Treasury sanctioned Iranian crypto exchange BitBank, alleging it helped move hundreds of millions of dollars in bitcoin to the IRGC. The action also targets the exchange’s developer and three associates of Iranian financier Babak Zanjani.
