This is getting seriously interesting again. BTC has bounced back above $77,000 after the latest huge liquidity sweep at $75,500, liquidating another $420M! But here's where it gets interesting: Yesterday, I said reclaiming $76,900 would be the first sign of a stronger recovery. Bitcoin has now done exactly that and pushed back above $77,000, but Bulls need to show strength here. Bitcoin now has roughly $2.4B liquidity below between $72,000 - $75,000, while major liquidity is building above at $77,000 - $81,000. This means Bitcoin still has plenty of downside liquidity left behind, but a clear upside target has now formed if buyers can maintain momentum. On the LTF, the clearest liquidity zones sit around $74,700 - $76,000 below and $76,800 - $77,600 above, making these the most likely levels to sweep today. Whales still have huge buy orders stacked between roughly $74,000 - $76,500, while sell walls are rebuilding around $77,000 - $78,000 before the larger orders higher up. This means buyers are still heavily positioned underneath price. Meanwhile, spot demand remains extremely weak while leverage is going parabolic. This means the current bounce still isn’t being strongly supported by real spot buyers, so I want to see spot demand improve before trusting a much larger recovery. So to make things simple for you: - $76,900 reclaim has happened ✅ - $76.8k - $77.6k is the immediate upside liquidity - $74.7k - $76k remains the main LTF downside zone - $2.4B liquidity still sits below towards $72k - $75k making this the main HTF liquidity imbalance risk - Hold above $76.8k and I favour $78k+ next; Lose $76k again and I’d expect another downside sweep I’ll post any changes to my positioning and the key levels I’m watching in the free Telegram (link in bio).
