According to The Block, ((Crypto.com))'s U.S.-regulated derivatives exchange, North American Derivatives Exchange (Nadex), has completed registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), enabling the trading of securities futures products via (OG.com). The registration became effective on September 14. CEO Kris Marszalek stated that this move will support the launch of single-stock futures in the U.S. market. The company is working with the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to apply for the listing of single-stock perpetual futures (single-stock perps), aiming to integrate digital asset market mechanisms with the U.S. capital markets and offer equity-based contract products with no fixed expiration date.
