[Luxembourg AI Infrastructure Firm LIAN Considering IPO, Plans to Raise Approximately $500 Million]
According to Bloomberg, Luxembourg-based AI and computing power infrastructure developer LIAN Group is considering an initial public offering (IPO) with a fundraising target of approximately $500 million. Managing Partner Fiorenzo Manganiello stated that the company has engaged STJ Advisors to assist in selecting underwriters and plans to go public next year. The listing location has yet to be determined between Europe and the United States, and no final decision has been made, with the issuance size subject to change. LIAN was founded by Manganiello and Nessim-Sariel Gaon, with projects including the Norwegian data center platform PolarDC (HIG Capital acquired a majority stake in 2024) and the Israeli platform Anan.
