Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan has revised his earlier pessimistic prediction that the crypto market would face a 6-week adjustment period if the 'Clarity Act' fails to pass. In a letter to clients, Hougan pointed out that Bitcoin rebounded from its July lows and broke past $80,000 in early September. Meanwhile, Robinhood launched its proprietary blockchain, Morgan Stanley filed for a Solana ETF, and DTCC settled its first batch of tokenized stocks. Wall Street institutions are steadily advancing their crypto business strategies. With pro-crypto leadership at the SEC and CFTC in place until 2029, regulators can still push the industry forward through their own administrative rules. Despite short-term fluctuations caused by macro interest rates and oil concerns, the overall crypto bull market narrative remains unchanged. (TheBlock) https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/news-68555
