THE BLOCK: Upbit parent company Dunamu has signed an agreement with Kazakhstan's Alatau City Authority and Alatau City Bank to foster the country's digital finance infrastructure. The two parties will examine RWA tokenization, security token offerings, stablecoins, and digital payment solutions.
