THE BLOCK: Bankrupt crypto lending firm Celsius sued the soon-to-be-shut-down crypto exchange BitMEX in a complaint filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York. Celsius says BitMEX wrongfully liquidated and seized digital assets worth over 6,000 bitcoin. "The Liquidations were not ordinary trading losses," according to the filing. "They were the intended result of BitMEX’s fraudulent scheme to generate staggering amounts of revenue at the expense of its own customers."
