The CLARITY Act just failed in the Senate. 49-50. Didn't even get a majority, let alone the 60 votes needed. I know it sucks. But chill. We survived Gensler hunting the industry with a shotgun. We survived FTX taking down half the market. We survived Celsius, 3AC, Luna. This is a setback. Not a death sentence. We've been through worse. Much worse.
