I voted against advancing the 'Clarity Act' because it fails to curb the president's rampant corruption, allowing him and his family to continue amassing billions from unethical cryptocurrency projects. I have long called for real regulatory measures on cryptocurrency to restore Americans' trust in our political institutions and ensure no federal official can profit from their position of power. I cannot support legislation that falls short of this goal.
