[Aave Labs Proposes Deployment of V4 Isolated Hub, Custodial Assets to Serve as Stablecoin Borrowing Collateral] Odaily Planet Daily News – On September 14, Aave Labs released an ARFC proposal to deploy the Aave V4 Isolated Hub and Spoke, allowing institutional custodial assets to be used as collateral for borrowing stablecoins. The first instance is proposed to utilize BTC custodied by Anchorage, with Anchorage holding the underlying collateral throughout the loan lifecycle. Collateral ratios, liquidation penalties, supply and borrowing caps, interest rate models, and oracle configurations will be proposed by DAO risk service providers in subsequent AIPs. The proposal must go through the ARFC feedback collection, Snapshot voting, and AIP processes in sequence.
