Another CEX bites the dust. Turns out the one rumored to be going bankrupt recently, Coin-something, is actually CoinEx. Just scrolled through my chat history— The last time we talked about CoinEx was back in October 2020, when that celebrity got involved, and OKX had forced asset freezes. At the time, CoinEx launched OKU trading, which showed they had some interesting ideas. But after that, there was no more news. Good news: CoinEx isn’t running away this time; they’re shutting down in an orderly manner. Reserves are over 100%, and withdrawals are open until December 22. If you’ve got assets there, better RUN!~
