[Galaxy Digital CEO: If the Clarity Act Doesn't Advance, the U.S. May Face Long-Term Lack of Crypto Regulation]
Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz stated in a post that if the Clarity Act fails to advance tomorrow (September 15, Eastern Time), the U.S. may face a long-term or even permanent lack of crypto regulation. This would be detrimental to the U.S. and could force more industries offshore. He believes the digital and blockchain revolution will continue, with the SEC and CFTC taking another two years to establish rules and allow businesses to get started, but prolonged uncertainty is not beneficial. He urged bipartisan senators to focus on the bigger picture.
