However, the AI safety crises that were previously exposed are unlikely to similarly impact the clients of AI giants like Anthropic and OpenAI. Enterprises typically deploy models that are already commercialized and whose capabilities are well understood by the market. These models may not represent the absolute cutting edge of AI, but their capabilities are already strong enough to handle the various tasks assigned to them by businesses. Collective co-founder Stephen Messer stated that most companies are not using the most advanced models. They might even still be using versions from two years ago, which are already fully sufficient for the work they are conducting. Some users don't even know how to effectively prompt the models.
